Your project requires a decision to be made. To prepare for this, you can rely on the following questions:
Step 1: Investigate
- What's blocking it?
- What is this stopping you from doing?
- What have you already tried to unblock?
- What alternatives are possible?
- What would you have to give up in a trade-off?
- If you had to prioritize, what do you want to preserve at all costs?
Step 2: Ask
- What do you need?
- Who decides?
- If necessary, who can connect you or prepare the groundwork?
- How do you move forward? Who does what?
