You need help from others to contribute to your project and deploy your solution. The sooner you get your ecosystem on board, the better you can count on it!
You can use the following questions:
> Who are the stakeholders involved in your project? Among them, which stakeholders do you want / need to engage?
> For each stakeholder :
- What types of commitments or contributions do you expect?
- What is in it for them? How can you convince them?
- How can you contact them? Who can you contact?
- Do you need to formalize their commitment? How do you do it?
- How can you guarantee their commitment over time?
> How to engage this community of stakeholders?
