The Lean Start Up approach proposes to define a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
The MVP is defined as the minimalist assembly of functionalities, allowing a first version of the solution to be delivered as quickly as possible, to collect user feedback and generate initial revenues.
To apply this logic to your project :
- What do your users need first?
- Which components to assemble for a first version of your solution?
- What can be developed or provided later?
