Develop a solution that meets genuine needs and constraints
Step 1 :
Get the "Value Proposition Design" canvas developed by Strategyzer.
For each user segment, fill in the canvas with post-its (one idea per post-it).
Work by iterations: start by writing a lot of elements and then focus on the most important ones.
Rephrase as you go, checking how your solutions actually create the benefits expected by your users, how they alleviate your users' pain points.
Prioritize your post-its in order of importance.
