Your project has a complex or atypical dimension surely, which is difficult to imagine and therefore difficult to explain simply. For example: the user's journey, the partnership set-up, the impact of your solution, its technical characteristics...
As a team, try and use drawing to replace or reinforce words.
No need to be an artist, quickly sketch simple shapes, as an inspired child would do!
Your drawing can look like a model, a sketch, a diagram, a comic book ... sometimes even an abstract drawing can be useful.
You can then ask a more talented designer to take over your sketch if necessary.
