To give your project the best chances in the days and weeks to come...
1) identify important milestones: deadlines, windows of opportunity, tasks, constraints and opportunities that will arise. Write each item on a post-it, one color per category if possible.
2) Place these milestones on a timeline precisely.
3) For each task, specify :
- the deliverables
- the prerequisites
- the contributors
