This beacon assumes that several project teams are brought together and work in parallel on their project. It works in two steps.

Step 1
Choose one person from your team to stay in your base camp. This person will welcome visitors from other teams, present them with the current status of the project and receive their feedback, suggestions, and potential contributions.

The other members of your team should divide themselves up to visit the other teams individually, discover their projects, give feedback and receive new inspiration.

Step 2
Go back to your base camp. It is important that all your team members share together what they have learned and received.
