Reinforce your common understanding of the different solutions you are considering. Imagine that each one is sold in the form of a box, like a cereal box (product) or an "adventure" gift box (service).

Divide in sub-groups (one group per option of solution), allocate a box for each group, where each side of the box is about the following elements:
- a name for the solution
- the promise in a sentence, like a catch line...
- a visual to anchor the promise
- the ingredients of the solution
- the instructions: how it works
- the benefits offered
- …

Then share your productions, compare them, find points of agreement or divergence and learn from them for your project.
