Step 1 :
Answer these questions swiftly:
- What failure or success do you have to celebrate?
- What drove this failure / success?
- By the way, what did you learn?
Step 2:
Decide on a good way to celebrate together quickly.
How about a dance? A song? A walk? Bowling? A party? A meal? A ceremony? A ball? Fireworks? A collective release? ... something else?
You got it? Go! Go for it! Celebrate!
